For 15 years Giorgio Dalla Pietà has been a yacht broker (authorized maritime mediator and registered to REA 359588 CCIAA of Venice). His role is to provide a professional expert service based on transparency and trust of the relationship with customers and with marine professionals.
That is why the Archipelago project focuses on buying and selling of boats and yachts as maritime mediation specialists. The aim is to always offer the best available solution, that only can happen thanks to a constant well functioning and a recognition of boats quality.
Expert advice on yacht design
In addition, for several years Giorgio Dalla Pietà and his team have been collaborating as consultants for the design and construction of new luxury yachts with nautical construction sites in the province of Venice. This is because Giorgio is a multifaceted figure who does not stop at only purchasing and selling boats, but, thanks to his very long experience in the nautical world, a marked multi-activity dowry in which precision and professionalism are fundamental and central aspects in the success of negotiations and new projects.
Our story
Dalla Pietà ‘s father, Bepi, began to produce the well-known boats on the island of Venice in the 1950s. Over the years, the family have established themselves as an expert reference of quality and innovation.
From a very young age, Giorgio has been immersed in the sea world. He grew up experimenting with the craftsmanship of the Venetian ax masters. Following in the footsteps of his father and using his own innovative spirit, he has become a trusted expert on the constructive and design of motor boats. Generations of working in the family business made him a successful icon in the world of luxury yachts.

Born and raised in Venice, Giorgio Dalla Pietà has always been passionate about the sea that inspired his great love for boats. The sea has characterized every aspect of his life. He was a world champion in European and Italian of Motonautica both in the offshore and inshore in the ’80s and ’90s. In his career, he has been building yachts from Dalla Pietà variety which are born in Venice and famous for their quality, precision of details, elegance, and luxury.

Thanks to his experience in the nautical sector he has been repeatedly hired as “Marine Coordinator” to collaborate with famous Hollywood directors. He has worked with F. Gary Gray who directed “The Italian Job“, actors such as Mark Wahlberg and Jason Statham, and with F.H. Von Donnersmarck who directed “The Tourist” with Angelina Jolie and Johnny Deep. He has also worked on American TV series such as Blindspot and ads for Carlsberg.
